Director of School Operations

📋 Description Set campus-wide operations vision and annual priorities. Define operating model with RACI, SLAs, and escalation paths. Monitor KPIs and dashboards for health and accountability. Hire, onboard, and develop the school-based ops team. Lead school budget strategy; purchasing controls and audits. Oversee front office, transportation, food service, and communications. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s Degree; Master’s degree preferred. 7+ years total operations experience. 2+ years leading school/site ops teams. Direct K-12 or youth nonprofit ops ownership. Budget management and vendor/contract oversight; RFP/negotiation; Spanish.
