Support the Risk Desk Manager in driving operational excellence and quality standards. Review and enhance risk policies, procedures, and operational frameworks. Analyze emerging risks, customer activity, and operational trends to provide recommendations. Mentor analysts and team leaders through coaching and knowledge-sharing initiatives. 🎯 Requirements Are fluent in English. Are a fluent Brazilian Portuguese speaker. Have 2 years of previous experience in a similar role Have an excellent knowledge of the risk and payments field. Possess strong decision-making and communication skills.
