📋 Description Lead and develop a high-performing Global Sourcing Operations team. Oversee day-to-day ops and key projects (supplier onboarding, performance mgmt, supplier consolidation). Build and standardize processes; drive continuous improvement and reporting to leadership. Foster strong supplier partnerships; coach and train the team; adopt best practices. Optimize systems and enable efficient, compliant sourcing operations.
