Seed (Processing) Specialist

📋 Description Seed processing operations: assist cleaning, drying, sizing; perform preventive care. Equipment handling: operate tractors, forklifts, boom lifts, UTVs, and tools. Team collaboration: work with internal teams and external partners to achieve goals safely. Recordkeeping: maintain seed processing records and track progress against targets. Continuous improvement: contribute ideas to improve safety, efficiency, and operations. Communication & culture: foster strong working relationships by teamwork and honesty. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or certificate in horticulture, agriculture, or forestry. Strong verbal and written communication. Excellent mechanical skills with ability to diagnose and repair minor breakdowns. Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook, and Epicor. Practical skills operating seed processing equipment, forklifts, tractors, UTVs.
