📋 Description Operate forklift, farm tractors, and nursery equipment safely. Run spray rigs, fertilizer injection, and center pivot irrigation. Spring season: seed treatment, sowing, and crop establishment. Summer season: grow, fertilize, irrigate, and crop development. Fall/Winter season: harvest and distribute seedlings. Maintain equipment, buildings, and grounds daily. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree or diploma in horticulture, agriculture, or forestry. Valid driver's license. Strong verbal and written communication. Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook, and GIS. Time management, multitasking, and adaptability.
