📋 Description Develop and execute category sourcing strategies. Deliver cost savings, supply continuity, quality, and innovation. Partner with sales, engineering, operations, finance, and quality. Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts. Align procurement with broader business objectives. Lead supplier selection and RFx processes. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Finance, or related field. 5+ years of progressive procurement, sourcing, or category management experience. Proven success in leading strategic sourcing events and complex contract negotiations. Strong analytical skills; proficient in Excel, ERP (M1 or similar), and e-sourcing tools. Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills. Travel 20% for supplier meetings and industry conferences.
