📋 Description Identify automation opportunities across COEs and program ops. Develop reusable AI prompts, templates, and guidance. Analyze workflows and draft current/future-state docs. Support release governance automation and readiness reviews. Perform RCA/incident workflow analysis to automate reporting. Draft automation requirements and contribute prompts. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, IT, Healthcare Admin, or related. U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident eligible for Public Trust. 5+ years in an SDLC role (dev, tester, BA, PM, or similar). 1+ year developing and iterating on AI agents. 1+ year using AI coding assistants (Copilot, Claude, Codex, etc.).
