📋 Description Analyze customer behavior, betting patterns, and market trends for actionable insights. Develop and maintain BI tools and dashboards to support decision‑making. Identify opportunities for process improvements and enhance operational efficiency. Conduct detailed analysis of business operations within the Trading room. Gather and document stakeholder requirements and translate them into technical specs. Collaborate with Support, Risk and Fraud, Product, Technology, clients, and suppliers to align objectives. 🎯 Requirements At least 5 years experience in a similar BI/analyst role. Strong analytical/problem-solving skills; interpret complex data. Proficient in BI tools: Power BI, Tableau, Microsoft Office. Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented; proactive in solving business challenges.
