📋 Description Manage land surveying projects from initiation to delivery. Mentor field crews and office staff; provide technical guidance. Develop scope, budget, and schedule; ensure on-time delivery. Primary client contact; maintain clear project communications. Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, and agencies; QA/QC. Ensure surveys meet regulatory, professional, and quality standards. 🎯 Requirements PLS license in WA or ability to transfer. 5 years of experience managing survey projects. Strong knowledge of surveying principles, GPS, robotic total stations, data collectors. Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center or similar. Ability to manage schedules, budgets, and deliverables; leadership.
