📋 Description Lead Fulfillment, Packout, and Outbound Logistics teams to meet safety, quality, and delivery goals. Supervise Fulfillment Associates, Outbound Analysts, and Packout Leads; provide coaching and development. Partner with Production Planning to prioritize shipments and meet customer delivery commitments. Coordinate daily fulfillment activities to meet production schedules and shipping deadlines. Manage finished goods inventory accuracy and packaging materials to prevent interruptions. Oversee domestic and international shipments ensuring export regulations and ITAR compliance. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 3+ years leading warehouse, fulfillment, logistics, or manufacturing ops. Experience supervising hourly employees in fast-paced production/distribution. Strong knowledge of domestic and international shipping processes and transportation ops. Working knowledge of dangerous goods shipping regs (IATA, IMDG, DOT) and export compliance incl ITAR.
