📋 Description Assist in small groups or 1:1 to reinforce learning. Help implement behavior intervention plans. Support positive interactions among students with diverse needs. Provide emotional support and model appropriate behavior. Assist with field trips, assemblies, and school events. Provide testing accommodations and track student progress. 🎯 Requirements Commitment to KIPP mission and anti-racist educator. Strong content area knowledge. Proficient in Google Suite (Classroom, Docs, Sheets, Slides). Ability to learn instructional tech (Zoom, Nearpod). Bilingual in languages reflecting student populations (preferred).
