📋 Description Lead cross-functional sourcing projects from planning to execution. Partner with Global Sourcing, Merchandising, Quality, RD&D, and Supply Chain. Primary contact for domestic/import vendors; English/Mandarin support. Manage vendor coordination, cost negotiations, quality resolution, onboarding. Act as SME; guide team, drive process improvements. Operate in a fast-paced global sourcing environment with ownership. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 2+ years in project management or sourcing roles. Mandarin proficiency. Excel with pivot tables, lookups, data analysis. Experience with sourcing/procurement processes and supplier management.
