iGaming Floor Supervisor Mid-Shift (3:00PM-11:00PM)

📋 Description Oversee live streaming casino ops and ensure game integrity. Manage Live Dealers and Shufflers with regulatory compliance. Address escalations and guest inquiries per chat policy. Support Site Manager with daily ops and staffing. Monitor studio tech and coordinate resolutions per procedures. Conduct performance testing for new and existing online gaming ops. 🎯 Requirements Must be 21 years or older. Must obtain NJ Gaming License and WV Casino Employee Registration. High School Diploma or GED required. At least 1 year of supervisory and customer service experience. Basic-to-intermediate Microsoft Excel and MS Office skills. Ability to deal, sort, shuffle, and count cards and operate gaming equipment.
