📋 Description Manage a caseload of English language learners and provide direct services. Guide Lead Teachers to ensure ILPs meet multilingual students’ needs. Collaborate with general education teachers on ILPs, lesson plans, and progress. Screen multilingual students using the WIDA Screener or W-APT. Use data to create and monitor ILPs and inform instruction. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and district ML regulations. 🎯 Requirements Valid TN teaching license with ESL Pre-K-12 (490) endorsement OR enrollment in a job-embedded EP program. Conferred Bachelor's degree. Pass Criminal Background Check. Experience teaching in under-resourced communities (preferred). Two+ years of teaching experience (preferred).
