Nursery Specialist

📋 Description Manage production of containerized and bareroot forest seedlings. Perform seed stratification, planting, irrigation, and harvesting. Operate nursery equipment; ensure safe, productive tasks. Work on a four-person team reporting to the Nursery Manager. Seasonal focus: spring field prep; summer growth; fall/winter harvest. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree/diploma in horticulture, agriculture, or forestry. Knowledge of pine seedling nursery operations, equipment, irrigation, and soil fertility. Strong team leadership and people management experience.
