📋 Description Lead SPED programs and behavioral supports across KIPP Texas. Align instructional practices with IEPs and grade-level standards. Drive continuous improvement in instructional quality and behavioral systems. Coach SPED Specialists and Lead Professional Counselor to strengthen outcomes. Oversee staffing, resources, and budget for specialized settings. Implement network-wide FBAs, BIPs, and crisis response systems. 🎯 Requirements Master's degree required. EC–12 Special Education Certification required. BCBA preferred. 3–5 years of SPED leadership experience. Experience with specialized programs and behavior systems.
