📋 Description Lead strategy, roadmap, and delivery of complex products across a technical domain. Balance scope, time, and quality while aligning with platform architecture. Manage and grow a small team of Technical Product Owners; mentor others. Drive backlog strategy and ensure alignment with architecture strategy. Guide cross-functional teams through complex decisions; evolve architecture/roadmap. Define and enforce best practices for project and product management. 🎯 Requirements 4-8 years of experience in product or technical roles with ownership of complex features. Advanced Agile practices and trade-off analysis skills. Experience leading a small team and growing team members. Architecture and roadmap planning experience. Proven ability to lead and coordinate across multiple teams.
