📋 Description Execute and support PTMS BI initiatives. Deliver insights for Customer Service, Responsible Gambling, Risk, and Product. Conduct data quality checks and validation to ensure accuracy. Monitor and report on KPIs and business metrics. Extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources. Ensure analysis complies with regulatory and responsible gambling principles. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, or related field. 2+ years' experience in data analysis or BI roles. At least 1 year in gambling/gaming industry. Proficient in SQL for data extraction and manipulation. Excel in real-time and batch data processing.
