Implementation & Launch: Lead live deployment; manage deliverables across product, engineering, and sales; roll out with key users. Growth & Expansion: Take accounts from zero to one to one hundred; run QBRs; monitor adoption; surface expansion paths. X-Factor: Bring customer feedback to product/engineering; train teams; build bespoke demos and MVPs when needed. 🎯 Requirements Versatile experience across engineering, product, and GTM. Comfortable reading code and reasoning about APIs; exec conversations. Customer-obsessed with founder-level ownership. Ferociously curious mindset; always learning. Fintech, trading systems, or enterprise SaaS with end-to-end ownership. Background in Deployment Strategist, Forward Deployed Eng, PM, IB. Python or TypeScript fluency; API design.
