📋 Description Grower role in nursery operations at PRT Cottage Grove, OR. Support production of quality forest seedlings using nursery practices. Assist, coordinate, and train seasonal nursery workers. 40-hour work weeks with seasonal shift times; weekend work may be required. Exposure to pesticides, fertilizers, loud noises, and temperature extremes. Work in office, production warehouse, shop, and outdoor environments. 🎯 Requirements Valid Driver’s License with reliable transportation. Knowledge of greenhouse equipment and climate control. Intermediate MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to work independently. Strong communication, collaboration and problem-solving. Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills. Ability to climb, stand and lift up to 50 lbs. Pesticide Applicator Certificate (Preferred). Degree in horticulture or forest seedling nursery work experience (Preferred).
