📋 Description Build and ship features across the trading platform. Own significant parts of the high-performance platform. Work with clients, market makers, exchanges, and brokers. Use AI-assisted development tools, notably Claude Code. Contribute to a multi-technology codebase and production readiness. Participate in support rotation (7:30am Eastern). 🎯 Requirements 5+ years of professional software development experience. Strong, practical ability in C++ and Python. Experience supporting and developing Linux-based applications. Fluent use of AI-assisted development tools, ideally Claude Code. Experience in financial/trading domains or latency-sensitive systems.
