📋 Description Lead a Platform team across Payments, Infra, and DevEx/QA. Stay close to code: review bugs and fix issues. Coach engineers; run hiring loops and career growth. Partner with Product to shape the Platform roadmap. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years as software engineer; 4+ years managing teams. Experience or interest in payments systems. AI fluency is non-negotiable.
