📋 Description Conduct supplier assessments and on-site audits for PCB/PCBA quality. Collaborate with Electrical/Manufacturing/Design engineers on quality planning. Drive supplier qualification: process audits, FAI, PVT, and readiness reviews. Lead supplier quality planning through prototype to mass production. Manage SCARs, 8D, containment, and root cause analysis. Develop supplier scorecards and KPIs focused on quality and reliability. Analyze quality data to identify trends and mitigate PCB/SMT risks. Collaborate with suppliers to implement inspection, test, and process control methods. 🎯 Requirements Self-starter with passion for quality and reliability in advanced electronics. Strong communication and leadership; influence cross-functional teams and suppliers. Experience developing and managing electronics suppliers across geographies. Quality engineering in high-volume, high-complexity electronics; PCB/SMT and testing. Proficient with PFMEA, DFMEA, Control Plans, PPAP, 8D, RCA, SPC, DOE. Able to interpret schematics, drawings, Gerber files; communicate requirements to suppliers. IPC standards knowledge: IPC-A-610, IPC-6012, IPC-J-STD-001, IPC-7711/7721.
