Senior Engineering Manager

📋 Description Lead multiple engineering squads and mentor Engineering Managers. Report to CTO/Head of Engineering and collaborate with PM/Design leads. Drive track-level leadership and cross-team programs. Work in a remote-first, Europe-wide setup; Paris in-person days. Scale Pennylane's platform for 700k+ customers and beyond.
