Topics include materials and cullet, melting tech, furnace ops, quality control, troubleshooting, and data analysis. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor degree in Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing Technology or related field. Willing to travel across North America during the program. Able to work outside regular hours as needed. Previous experience in a fast-paced industrial setting is preferred.
