AI Solutions & Architecture Lead

📋 Description Architect scalable enterprise apps; integrate AI tech like LLMs/GenAI where beneficial. Design and maintain enterprise reference architectures for traditional and AI-enabled systems. Lead multi-domain solution design across CX, HR, IT, finance, and ops with AI value. Drive client engagements from discovery to proposal; translate requirements into viable solutions. Develop reusable architecture components and templates to streamline delivery. Define scope of architectures; align timelines, resources, and pricing with Sales. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS, IS, or related field. 8+ years in software/solution architecture with AI exposure. AI/ML concepts and tools: LLMs (OpenAI/Claude), LangChain, RAG. Experience delivering enterprise solutions across CX, HR tech, ITSM, and digital ops. Full-stack development: Python, JavaScript, React, FastAPI.
