📋 Description Own end-to-end hardware programs from concept to production ramp. Build and drive integrated plans across engineering, validation, manufacturing, and operations. Define priorities and drive cross-functional tradeoffs for high-impact work. Identify program risks early; drive rapid resolution to maintain schedule. Coordinate system integration, prototype builds, and validation across phases. Lead engineering reviews and decision forums for alignment and execution. 🎯 Requirements Strong technical understanding of mechanical, electrical, or systems engineering development processes. 3-5 years of experience developing and manufacturing complex electromechanical products at consumer or high-volume scale. Experience in consumer electronics, robotics, automotive, aerospace, or related industries. Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, operations, and supply chain. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace Engineering, or related field. FAA Part 107 certification strongly encouraged within 60 days for all roles (may be required for some). 🎁 Benefits Equity in stock options.
