📋 Description Maintain, install, and troubleshoot the live studio's equipment. Set up and maintain on-site computer systems and networks. Provide technical support for video streaming, data, optical, and network systems. Install and maintain video streaming gear (cameras, audio, cabling) per procedures. Respond to user requests, diagnose issues, and document resolutions. Monitor CDN server connections and troubleshoot problems. 🎯 Requirements Adhere to multi-state Gaming Commission regulations, PT Services Delaware regs, and live unit policies. Provide technical support for video streaming equipment, data, optical, and network systems per procedures. Install, maintain video streaming equipment and related hardware per procedures. Install, administer, and troubleshoot computers, laptops, and hardware. Monitor information systems, diagnose problems, and report progress to management.
