Lab Engineer

📋 Description Support prototype builds, testing, debugging, and lab operations in Zurich. Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair prototype hardware Perform mechanical assembly, soldering, wiring, and basic debugging. Write or modify simple scripts and config files for bring-up and testing. Regularly travel to California HQ to support builds and knowledge transfer. Periodically travel to Finland for camera tests with the local engineering team. 🎯 Requirements Hands-on experience with drones, robotics, or electromechanical hardware. Comfort working across mechanical, electrical, software and testing domains. Electrical skills including surface mount soldering, wiring, and basic debugging. Software skills: scripting, modifying tests, reading logs, and tuning parameters. Strong troubleshooting and ability to progress on ambiguous issues. Based in Switzerland with travel up to 40-50% (to CA and Finland).
