📋 Description Own the design and evolution of Cadence’s cloud infra for reliability and security. Maintain core Kubernetes services: networking, autoscaling, and monitoring. Lead Terraform-based IaC practices, authoring and enforcing AI deployment standards. Define DevSecOps controls across clusters: IAM and runtime policy for healthcare compliance. Sharpen observability practices using Datadog, improving alerting and incident response. Manage infrastructure spend with discipline, reducing waste without compromising resilience. 🎯 Requirements 8+ years of hands-on DevOps or platform engineering with ownership of production cloud infrastructure. Deep experience with AWS and Kubernetes: designing, operating, and debugging prod clusters. Proficiency with Terraform, Helm, and CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or comparable tooling. Strong observability tooling with Datadog, including alerting and incident response. Experience in healthcare or regulated industry with security/compliance knowledge. Track record mentoring engineers and raising infra standards across a team.
