📋 Description Provide onsite consulting and support to ScienceLogic customers Install, configure, and troubleshoot ScienceLogic appliances Collaborate with customer staff and act as SME for ScienceLogic products Lead on-site implementation activities as SME and Senior Consultant Advocate for customer needs, feature requests, and product direction Document activity in the department's ticketing system and knowledge base 🎯 Requirements Active TS/SCI clearance; CI Poly required 10+ years in Federal space 7+ years in infrastructure monitoring or network management 5+ years Linux experience 3+ years MySQL experience Strong PowerShell, WMI, XML/SOAP 🎁 Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental and vision plans. 401(k) plan with employer match.
