Collections Supervisor

📋 Description Supervises daily operation of the Collection unit ensuring policy compliance Manage daily operations of Dialer campaigns Perform collection activity when subordinates struggle Review activity to identify trends and unit effectiveness Receive and resolve customer complaints Compiles data and generates ad-hoc reporting for Manager 🎯 Requirements Associates Degree or combination of education and experience Three years collection experience in a mortgage servicing environment Knowledge of Federal, State and local debt collection regulations Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in high-volume environment Knowledge of loss mitigation mortgage workouts Experience with Ensemble Pro dialer administration 🎁 Benefits Equal Opportunity employer
