Prototype multi-agent orchestration patterns and publish references. 🎯 Requirements 15+ years software engineering; 5+ years senior/principal scope. Deep expertise in agentic AI, LLM-based systems, orchestration, RAG, MLOps. Enterprise-scale cloud platforms, distributed systems, or CI/CD automation. Proven track record transforming how engineering orgs build, test, ship; AI-assisted tools. Strong judgment in ambiguous domains across architecture, product, security, ops, business value.
