Logistics Operations Execution Manager (f/m/x)

📋 Description Ensuring compliance with customer-specific SLAs in your customer portfolio. Proactively organizing issue resolution in existing logistics solutions with internal teams and customers. Close coordination with key account management and internal teams to optimize logistics. Communicating with customer ops contacts in German and English to build trust. Preparing and presenting weekly, monthly, quarterly performance reports in Excel/PowerPoint. 🎯 Requirements Operational experience in parcel ops, transport, or warehouse mgmt in ecommerce Experience in B2B customer communication and service Data-driven approach and strong service orientation Solid knowledge of MS Office, esp.
