Engineering Coach - Manager of Researchers (Director/VP+)

📋 Description Providing 1:1 coaching to members via virtual sessions on the Mento Platform. Participating in ongoing training to improve coaching abilities and skills. Communicating with members via Mento email or in-app chat between sessions. Sharing coaching tools and insights to enhance our practices. Acting with kindness, respect, and empathy as an ambassador of Mento. 🎯 Requirements 15+ years as director/VP or engineering leader of research teams. Expert in AI/ML with large-scale modeling; CS or mathematical sciences. PhD preferred (not required). Remote role; based in North America or Europe. Commit to 12+ hours/month for 24+ months. Willing to complete ICF-certified Mento Coaching 101 training. 🎁 Benefits Fully remote contract role. Hourly pay with bonuses. Access to ICF coaching training (Coaching 101).
