📋 Description Own end-to-end delivery for financial services (custody, payments, tokenization) Develop standardized delivery frameworks, reference architectures, and playbooks Lead process improvement to increase speed, quality, and client satisfaction Collaborate with the Director to translate market insights into delivery plans Provide delivery oversight for best practices, compliance, and architecture Coordinate resource planning; support Avaloq core banking and blockchain 🎯 Requirements 7+ years in banking/fintech, with 3+ years in delivery management or architecture Proven track record managing complex delivery programs in regulated financial services Strong banking ops knowledge; custody, payments, or core banking (Avaloq preferred) Hands-on experience with solution architecture, system integrations, or enterprise software delivery Familiarity with modern tech stacks including AWS, API architectures, and DevOps Languages: Swiss German, German, and English required; French/Italian a plus
