📋 Description Research member-level payment issues and coordinate resolution. Monitor monthly ongoing carrier payments. Manage SEP (Special Enrollment Period) carrier payments and autopay setup. Maintain SOPs for carrier payments. Coordinate with other Operations teams to set up Gravie’s clients in Gravie’s systems.
