📋 Description Independently design CHO expression improvements in vector and host cells. Design/test vector constructs in CHO lines for higher mAb titer. Transfection, aseptic CHO culture, copy-number/RNA analysis, titer measurement. Operate/interpret data from CLD tools (Octet, ViCell, Beacon, flow cytometry). Engineer cells to knock in/out target genes (CRISPR/Cas or equivalent). Draft and present cell line development reports to group/leadership. 🎯 Requirements BS + 10+ yrs, MS + 8 yrs, or PhD with no min. Ability to read literature, synthesize inputs, and design proper controls. Independent data analysis and clear communication of results. Proficient in designing vector improvements to boost CHO expression. Strong knowledge of mammalian expression: genomic/epigenetic regulation and transcription.
