Eliminate complexity; standardize processes across the customer lifecycle. Partner with executives to shape Freshworks' GTM organization. Own the GTM tech ecosystem roadmap; integrate Salesforce with adjacent platforms. Build AI-ready platform with AI-powered workflows and automation. 🎯 Requirements 10+ years in Revenue Operations, Business Systems, Sales Ops, or Enterprise Architecture in SaaS. Deep expertise with Salesforce and GTM tech ecosystem; end-to-end processes. Proven ability to design scalable operating models connecting people, process, data, and tech. Strong GTM process knowledge across Sales, Marketing, CS, and Partners. Experience with enterprise integrations, automation, APIs, and data architecture.
