📋 Description Manage multi-phase enterprise software implementations with stakeholders. Lead customer interactions to drive adoption and success. Serve as client manager to ensure end-user satisfaction. Deliver formal training to client teams. Provide knowledge transfer to internal teams during onboarding. Track and communicate client issues and proactively troubleshoot. 🎯 Requirements Relevant enterprise software implementation and onboarding experience. Experience managing complex implementations and multiple stakeholders. BEng degree or equivalent years of experience. Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, time management, and interpersonal skills. Ability to learn MaintainX within 30 days.
