📋 Description Design and implement motion planning and controls modules for vehicle platforms. Enable precise autonomous navigation in tight scenarios. Characterize customer vehicle dynamics to tailor controls and close the sim-to-real gap. Leverage research for optimal-control solutions using nonlinear MPC and MPPI. 🎯 Requirements Passion for challenging motion planning or control problems. 3+ years building production software with modern practices. Hands-on testing of control solutions on real production vehicles. Knowledge of control theory, numerical optimization, analysis, and physics. Practical solutions mindset for fast-paced challenges.
