Regional Security Lead (South East)

📋 Description Lead regional security policies to protect people, offices, and assets. Conduct regular security assessments and design risk-reduction strategies. Supervise and mentor guards and armed personnel on the front line. Liaise with law enforcement and emergency services. Lead response to security breaches and produce actionable reports. Design and deliver security training to staff. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years leading a security team in guard services or similar. Bachelor’s degree in Criminology, Psychology, Criminal Justice, or related field. Security certification such as CPP, PSP, or CPO. Clean criminal record and pass a background check.
