📋 Description Perform system-level safety activities per ISO 26262 Parts 3-4 Conduct system safety analyses (FMEA, FTA) across architecture Support ASIL decomposition and safety requirement allocation Understand low-level firmware and platform safety concepts Derive software safety requirements and flow-down to software Review software architecture for ASIL compliance and interference 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s or master's degree in electrical/ mechanical engineering, CS, or related 3+ years of functional safety experience focusing on software safety Hands-on safety work across the V-cycle Experience collaborating across software, hardware, and systems teams OS, device drivers, and platform-level safety experience is a plus Familiarity with JAMA, DOORS, or Polarion for traceability 🎁 Benefits Base salary, equity, and benefits Health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance 401k retirement benefits with employer match Learning and wellness stipends Paid time off
