📋 Description Lead cross-functional MPDD teams to advance drug candidates. Identify solid forms of API and develop scalable isolation. Establish structure–property–performance relationships. Apply automation, analytics, and modeling tools. Support development through Phase I–III toward regulatory submissions. 🎯 Requirements BS/MS/PhD with 8+/5+/0-3 years pharma experience. Strong knowledge of biopharmaceutics, salts, and cocrystals. Polymorphism, solid form development, and materials property expertise. Experience with PXRD, HPLC, thermal methods, microscopy, particle size. Familiar with computational tools for physicochemical assessments.
