📋 Description Manage day-to-day tasks and deliverables for high-volume digital and print asset production. Communicate with cross-functional teams to set priorities and action plans. Partner with project coordinators and art leads to drive schedules and production pipelines. Understand workflows and dependencies across project components and teams. Facilitate file handoffs to internal and external partners; maintain documentation/backlog. Attend status meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items. 🎯 Requirements 3+ years in a producer or similar role with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Excellent organization and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks across multiple competing projects. Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail. Experience with design in education technology or a related field (preferred). Understanding of design, video, and project management software (preferred).
