📋 Description Own sourcing across the AIM hardware BOM (steel, wiring, PCBs, modules, sensors) Partner with hardware engineering to anticipate spec changes and BOM evolution Qualify and maintain approved vendor lists with secondary sources Run a dual-track supplier strategy for prototyping and production Own inventory posture against deployment demand; model lead times Build procurement calendar aligned to program milestones 🎯 Requirements 5+ years in procurement, supply chain, or materials management in a hardware company Sourcing across mechanical hardware and electronics Track record building or improving procurement processes Experience managing supplier relationships and negotiating volume contracts Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments Experience transitioning from development to production with dual tracks 🎁 Benefits Company-funded medical, dental, vision, 401k, and life insurance Gourmet food and onsite collaboration at AIM's Seattle-area offices Travel to deployment sites across the Americas, Australia, Africa, and more
