📋 Description Manage a team of platform engineers, delivering the agentic SDLC platform. Partner with leadership to scope, plan, and deliver infrastructure powering autonomous agents. Lead, mentor, and grow developers in agent frameworks and platform engineering. Set clear expectations, provide feedback, and support the team to achieve goals. Champion CI/CD, containerized environments, observability, and agent orchestration. Provide visibility into team impact, progress, and risks to senior leadership. 🎯 Requirements 4+ years of software development management leading platform, DevEx, or infrastructure teams. Strong foundation in developer tooling, CI/CD, containerization, and distributed systems. Demonstrated experience in technical design, problem-solving, and project management. Passion for hiring, coaching, and developing diverse platform engineering teams. Familiarity with LLM agent frameworks, MCP tooling, or agentic coding infra.
