Associate Accountant

📋 Description Support day-to-day accounting operations and month-end close for India entity. Ensure compliance with Indian statutory requirements and GAAP. Prepare journal entries and reconciliations; maintain data integrity. Assist with monthly financial reporting and audits. Work with senior finance leaders to keep records accurate and timely. Collaborate across teams to improve processes in tax and compliance. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 2–5 years of accounting experience including AP, GL, and compliance. Experience supporting month-end close and financial reporting. Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP, Coupa, and Navan. Ind AS (Indian GAAP) and GST knowledge; statutory accounting.
