📋 Description Lead Product Integration and Test team to unify components into one autonomous product. Guide end-to-end integration lifecycle across software, hardware, and sensors. Oversee SIL, HIL, and field deployments on USV/UAV platforms. Mentor engineers; coordinate with platform teams and project milestones. Manage priorities and ensure high-quality software for real-world deployment. 🎯 Requirements MS in CS/Robotics or related field. 8+ years in software/robotics/systems engineering. 2+ years leading technical teams. Deployment experience with software to hardware and V&V. Familiarity with ROS, DDS, Iceoryx2, protobuf over ZMQ.
