📋 Description Own product direction for Ampersand connectors and API features. Collaborate with CTO and founding team to define what to build and when. Gather customer feedback, prioritize work, and unblock engineers. Own the connector experience and support customer inquiries. Dive into API docs and trade-offs to inform decisions. Build partnerships with API providers to grow the ecosystem. 🎯 Requirements 3+ years of PM experience in B2B SaaS, developer tools, infrastructure, or enterprise software. Worked directly with engineering teams to ship technical products. Technical enough to read API docs and discuss trade-offs affecting the customer experience. Strong customer discovery instincts; you find signal in conversations. Excellent written communication.
